Represented Deloitte as a member of the Khronos Group 3D Commerce Working Group to accelerate eCommerce with 3D technologies.

Led interdisciplinary research and development efforts focused on modeling and automated assessment of procedural knowledge task training within semantically instrumented virtual environments. Helped connect advanced simulation capabilities with operational requirements, user needs, and future adoption opportunities within training and education contexts.

Led production of immersive therapeutic content for RelieVRx, an FDA-authorized virtual reality therapeutic platform, helping translate emerging immersive technologies into structured healthcare products and operational delivery models. Worked across concept development, production, QA, and stakeholder coordination to support real-world healthcare deployment.

Talespin

Directed multidisciplinary team creating immersive learning products while establishing scalable production workflows, quality processes, and operational practices. Collaborated across product, engineering, QA, sales, and customer success functions to support adoption and long-term platform scalability. Company acquired by Cornerstone OnDemand.

Innerworld

Provided advisory support and consulting related to exploration of B2B opportunities for a peer group support platform that promotes behavioral health using virtual world technology. Company acquired by XRHealth.

Meta XR Hub

Led Meta’s XR Hub as an internal consultancy focused on identifying, piloting, validating, and operationalizing immersive technologies across the enterprise. Supported more than 75 initiatives spanning learning, well-being, facilities, and workplace innovation while helping establish scalable processes, governance considerations, and organizational adoption pathways.

U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs / Veterans Health Administration

Lead author for the Made for Healthcare Immersive Guidelines. This adoption framework was designed to help the VHA evaluate, implement, and scale immersive technologies. The aim of this work was to enable and streamline the adoption of effective solutions of immersive experiences for Veterans’ health.

International Virtual Reality Healthcare Association (IVRHA)

Participating as a presenter and workshop leader in this organization that brings together healthcare providers, researchers, technology developers, and policymakers to advance the use of immersive technologies in healthcare. Supporting knowledge sharing, community building, and adoption-focused dialogue across the industry.

IEEE and Virtual World Society Initiatives
